- Client Data Policy: As our client, you have exclusive ownership and rights to your subscriber data.
- Message Recipient Policy: Before clients can use Conversen's platform to send messages,
that client must commit to us that their recipients have agreed to receive such messages.
Any recipient may request at any time to be removed from the clients' list,
and we will comply with that request within one business day. In addition,
we will thoroughly investigate any allegations made by recipients relating to unsolicited messages.
Website Data Collection & Usage
Conversen is the sole owner of the data collected on our website. We do not sell, share, or rent this data.
Conversen collects this data and uses it exclusively to send only appropriate information to users who request it.
Conversen collects data on our site in the following ways:

Requires a user to provide contact and company information.
- Log Files
Conversen uses IP addresses to monitor and administrate our site and collect data to analyze trends.
IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information.
Log file data that Conversen collects may include browser type, IP address, URL accessed,
status code and number of bytes returned.

Conversen's website contains links to other sites. Conversen is not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.

Opt Out
All communications sent by Conversen have clear instructions on how to unsubscribe from future communications.
This can be accomplished in several ways, including clicking on the unsubscribe link within an email or
replying to the email indicating you no longer wish to receive communications.

Along with privacy, security is of utmost importance at Conversen. Therefore, substantial investments have been made in
Conversen's technology platform including high-end servers and hosting, database applications, and security technologies.

Our Clients
Conversen's online and marketing campaign platform offers significant flexibility to our clients to create,
manage and measure the effectiveness of their communications and CRM programs.
In some cases Conversen assists our clients by collecting subscriber demographics and profile information to assist
in providing subscribers with the most relevant possible content. Conversen supports delivery of messages
with sophisticated tracking technology allowing our clients to send personalized and targeted communications
to their audience. Conversen also provides our clients with the ability to analyze data and transfer this data
back to the client. Conversen does not own the data collected and cannot use it for its own business purposes
or in any way not authorized by our client.
Clients also use the Conversen application on a self-managed basis to deliver their own campaigns.
Conversen has a strict policy against using our application for sending unsolicited messages.
Conversen reserves the right to terminate any client that doesn't adhere to a strict opt in permission policy.
